Prince William has found a mental outlet in football
Prince William has found an outlet in watching football, he says on Wednesday in That Peter Crouch Podcast of former footballer Peter Crouch. The member of the British royal family can let off steam since he became a father.
“We all need to be mentally fit,” said Prince William about his outlet. According to Princess Diana’s eldest son (1961-1997), it is “a sign of strength to talk about your mental health, not a weakness.”
Prince William is a fan of Aston Villa and follows the Birmingham football club closely. The British royals even say they have tried to persuade English national team coach Gareth Southgate, “who is doing great” to include Aston Villa player Jack Grealish in the England national football team.
The love of football stems from Prince William’s childhood.
